Judy Ann Santos on Senate commendation: ‘Malaking bagay na makilala ang mga trabaho mo’

<p>For Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, the Senate commendation for her latest international accolade was a great validation of her craft as an actress.  </p><div> </div><p>Through the Senate Resolution no. 1320, which was filed by Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, the actress was honored for bringing home the Best Actress Award at 2025 Fantasporto International Film Festival in Portugal, which she receive<em></em>d last May. </p><p> The international award was in recognition of her impressive performance in the horror drama film <em>Espantaho </em>by Chito S. She was accompanied by her husband, actor-host Ryan Agoncillo. </p><p> In his sponsorship speech, Sen.
