Jed Madela admits he had fears before doing birthday concert: ‘I still matter...and I am loved!’

Kung kelan lang nila ako trip tawagan. So I felt unwanted and insignificant kasi hindi na ako sikat or hindi na nila ako kailangan. It was the fans who really made me feel better, they would message me saying, ‘Kuya Jed, andito pa rin kami.’ Personally I don’t want to call them fans kasi nahihiya ako. They’re family to me, they are friends. Kaya sobrang importante sa akin ang mga fans ko. But I’m better now. I just needed time to rest I guess. I needed time to rest things. And I needed to be surrounded by the right people, by the right projects. In his post,</p><p>Jed reaffirmed his being a true blue kapamilya, “Took this photo last night after ASAP taping because the iconic ABS CBN tower might not be there when I get back. Flying out to the UK today for the TFC Barrio Fiesta in Birmingham. I&#x27;ve always been a flag carrier of ABS CBN in every part of the world and I am proud to be Kapamilya. My loyalty can never be questioned because isang tawag lang sa akin, pag pwede sa schedule, yes agad. It has been my home and my family for more than 2 decades and I&#x27;ve always kept that in my heart. No matter what. Andito lang ang isang JED MADELA para sa pamilya... Kapamilya Forever.”</p>
