Not even workout eh. For him, what matters is you consistently allot a portion of your time for it.  </p><div> </div><p>“Parang hindi naman kailangan na sobrang intense, but at the same time parang sa binigay ng Panginoon na 24 hours, siguro naman kahit &#x27;yung one hour, pagpawisan ka naman. It all boils down to time management. And to be honest, sa panahon ngayon, self-care doesn’t end with women. It goes for everyone (at) any age. Parang habang tumatanda tayo, dapat mas inaalagaan natin ‘yung sarili natin,” he said when asked about his thoughts on men getting facial treatments.</p>
