Vina Morales shares advice for new artists: ‘Bawal ang pa-diva’

<p>Kapamilya singer and actress Vina Morales gave a piece of advice that she learned over the several decades that she’s been in the entertainment industry. Of course, you have to be talented. Pero maraming talented na singer at actress, ang akin siguro is the right attitude,” she shared.</p><p>“Yung longevity, makukuha yan if you have the right attitude, if you know how to work with people — on and off camera. Mga nasa production, that’s a big plus,” she added.</p><p>Vina maintained that loving the craft as well and improving their skills to match what’s needed in the ever-changing field of the showbiz world was something she also learned to adapt as well. </p><p>“I guess, yung pagmamahal mo sa craft mo, na gusto mo matuto at gusto mo mag reinvent. Because if you’re stuck there, wala na ano pa maibibigay mo di ba? She cautioned the new artists to never be a diva to the people helping them achieve their success as it can backfire in terms of their career.</p><p>“So that I could give entertainment to people. I just give my best sa mga lahat ng projects na binibigay sa akin. Yun talaga, yung right attitude–– bawal ang pa-diva. Hindi mag tatagal sa showbiz na ito. Minsan, may tumatagal pero hindi ganun,” she maintained.  </p><p>“Kailangan kasi marunong ka makisama. I think it goes with everything in life hindi lang sa showbiz. Pakikisama mo sa tao, sa bawat trabaho na kung nasaan ka… You have to be kind and humble all the time,” she ended.</p>
