Alice Dixson ‘not impressed’ with fitness influencers in their 20s: ‘Come back when you’re 50!’

<p>Veteran actress Alice Dixson admitted that she’s not impressed with fitness influencers who are in their twenties. Nung 21 ako I was hot AF, too,” she admitted.</p><div><br/></div><p>In her post, she proudly showed off her physicque at her current age–– flexing the well-defined abs and toned body. Alice maintained that during her twenties as well, she had the same body as the fitness influencers now with a different &quot;diet&quot; and &quot;exercise.&quot; </p><div><br/></div><p>“My diet was cereal, chips and daiquiris. My workout was dancing til 3 AM sa discos,” she quipped.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Come back when you’re 50!” she ended.</p><div><br/></div><p>Fans of the actress expressed in the comment section of her post how fit she still looks and agreed with her sentiment. Other netizens shared that they are inspired to work out and become healthier because of her and her posts. </p><div><br/></div><p>“I totally agree with you ma, at dala-dala mo parin ang hotness up until now,” a fan wrote. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Same… but at least they’re encouraging healthy habits early. Previously, she shared how she found a self-care routine when she was about to turn 54 years old. </p><div><br/></div><p>“I finally implemented changes last month; a self-care routine which included mindful eating and strength training. Absolutely NO TO fad DIETS, and YESSSS to lifting weights to gain muscle,” she wrote.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Ironically d ako nagpapapayat but I lost 3 lbs WHILE building muscle.</p><div><br/></div><p>Kasi FEEL STRONGER and im starting to look good again in fitted clothes - without let’s stress that - WITHOUT DIET,” she previously shared.  </p>
