Mentor Dan reveals the content creator he prefers not to collaborate with again

<p>Content creator and social media personality Daniel Laudit, who is famously known online as Mentor Dan, revealed the fellow content creator he does not want to collaborate with again.  </p><p>Mentor Dan first rose to fame on TikTok through his humorous skits impersonating scammers and has since expanded his content to include travel vlogs, affiliate videos, and honest reviews delivered with his signature humor. With more than 6.4 million followers and over 843 million likes, he has also collaborated with various content creators. </p><p>In a spicy interview on Hot Takes, Mentor Dan did not shy away from answering a pointed question about his past collaborations.  </p><p>“Sasagutin ko siya ng totoo. Magbibigay ako ng isang pangalan pero may reason siya.” </p><p>Without thinking twice, he revealed that it was his fellow content creator known for her content discussing viral events, television, films, and travel. </p><p>“It’s Therese Tiango,” Mentor said as he laughed. </p><p>He then explained his reason, saying their collaborations often lead to assumptions about their relationship, saying: “Ayoko na siyang maka-collaborate because napagkakamalan kaming [magka-relationship]... na magre-reset na ako.” </p><div><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?height=314&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F952608691030553%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=560&amp;t=0" width="560" height="314" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>Mentor and Therese are known for frequently posting videos and photos together where they appear especially sweet with each other, even hugging and kissing, which has led many fans to believe in their on-screen pairing.  </p><p>“Ngayon ko lang sasabihin ‘to...nai-inlove na ako...chareng! Hindi,” Mentor joked, drawing laughs from the hosts. Although he was just joking, he momentarily made the room believe. </p><p>“Si Therese kasi ang take ng mga tao sa amin [parang couple na],” he said.  </p><p>Mentor then invited Therese, whom he calls his “TikTok Wife,” to join him on the show. Ayoko before [makipag-collaborate] pero ngayon mas kailangan ko maintindihan na ‘ganon’ pala siya,” he described without further explanation. </p><p>“Initial is ‘J’,” Mentor said without naming the person and leaving it to fans to think who the person is.  </p><p>Meanwhile, Mentor also shared that he and Therese have a lighthearted agreement about their future if both remain single. </p><p>“Actually may usapan nga kami na kapag 32 [years old] na, ‘tayo na lang’. Alam naman siguro nila ang trabaho sa hindi, at totoo sa hindi. Sadyang nadadala lang sila sa pag-ship sa amin.” </p><p>“As long as nae-entertain ka namin, nabibigay namin yung kasiyahan mo, I think yun lang dapat yung nagma-matter. Minsan kasi may mga taong sa sobrang saya, may nagiging KJ (Kill Joy) talaga,” he said. “In-accept ko na siya as a reality sa buhay natin na may mga taong nagpapa-balance ng mga saya moment natin.” </p><p>Mentor also reminded viewers to be discerning about what they see on social media, noting that like in television or films, it remains a form of entertainment where different personas and stories are presented. </p><p>Both Mentor Dan and Therese emphasized that beyond the viral moments and online “shipping,” they remain friends who genuinely care for and support each other.</p>
