<p>Samantha Bernardo opened up about her pregnancy journey. </p><p>In an Instagram post, the Miss Grand International 2020 1st runner-up wrote: &quot;I’ve been a little quiet lately… just taking everything in. Scott proposed to Samantha in February 2023.</p><p>In a past interview with Bianca Gonzalez on TFC’s <em>BRGY</em>, Samantha shared that they first met in Palawan through mutual friends. &quot;So this was April 2018, so friends of friends of friends,&quot; she relayed.</p><p>It took six months before she agreed to go on a date with him. &quot;Kasi ayaw ko muna siya kitain in the next six months [that time] kasi moving on pa ako [from my past relationship], healing,&quot; she recalled. </p><p>They eventually started dating in Manila. &quot;Because he&#x27;s here every month and most of his clients are Filipinos,&quot; she shared.</p><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/2024/9/1/samantha-bernardo-shares-her-love-story-with-husband-scott-moore-1051"><strong><u>READ: Samantha Bernardo shares her love story with husband Scott Moore</u></strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>Samantha admitted that she was initially hesitant to enter another long-distance relationship similar to her past relationships but ultimately took a chance on their connection. &quot;I gave a chance [kasi] alam mo &#x27;yung personality namin, &#x27;yung pagkakalog namin swak talaga and then &#x27;yung conversations are really mind-blowing and heart pumping.&quot;</p><p>The former beauty queen added: &quot;&#x27;Yung pagiging authentic naming dalawa, ‘yun ang nag-bond sa amin.&quot;</p>
