Malou Crisologo to launch ‘The Artista 101’ workshop in May, June: ‘This is my way of giving back’

<p>Veteran actress and film producer Malou Crisologo, who is dubbed as “coach to the stars,” will be launching her first ever <em>The Artista 101</em> acting workshop this coming May and June.</p><p>The acting workshop will run for seven days, scheduled on May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. I want to help those who are just starting, and even those who’ve already begun but are looking for direction.”</p><p> According to the press release, participants can expect to learn beyond the basics of acting as they will be guided on how to navigate the complexities of show business.  </p><p>“The seven-day program is designed not only to teach acting fundamentals but also to guide aspiring actors, content creators, and influencers through the complex landscape of the entertainment industry,” it said. </p><p>“Beyond acting techniques, participants will gain valuable insights into character preparation, script breakdown, and the inner workings of showbiz,” it added.  </p><p>The acting workshop will feature four experts in the entertainment industry namely Derick Cabrido, an award-winning filmmaker; Noreen Capili, a film, TV, and book writer who is a recipient of Palanca Award; Marty Argarin, a marketing expert; and Van Cruz, a branding and strategy expert.  </p><p>Participants will be getting inputs from industry experts on topics like storytelling, actor-director collaboration, character creation, script understanding, building social media presence, and the importance of personal branding.  </p><p>Malou’s acting workshop is in collaboration with Rizz Marketing PH.  </p><p>In their promotional post, Rizz PH announced that the workshop only has limited slots.  </p><div><iframe width="1521" height="569" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/3QGaacEBXVQ" title="20 unforgettable kontrabida moments of Pacing in FPJ&#x27;s Batang Quiapo | Kapamilya Toplist" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>Malou made a short appearance in the ongoing television series <em>FPJ&#x27;S Batang Quiapo</em>, playing the role of a maid named “Pacing.”</p>
