<p>Filipino-American stand-up comedian and actor Jo Koy is set to return to the country this June 21 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. On his Instagram account, the stand-up comedian expressed his gratitude as he accepted the honorary degree.</p><p>Jo Koy has starred in several Netflix specials such as <em>Jo Koy: Live from Seattle, Jo Koy: In His Elements, and Jo Koy: Live from Brooklyn</em>, among others. He is set to be part of the Hollywood film,<em> The Last Resort</em>, which was set in the Philippines.  </p>
