Belle Mariano reacts to ‘Meet, Greet & Bye’ viewers' reception, shares inspiration for role

<p>Kapamilya actress Belle Mariano was overflowing with gratitude as she reflected on the warm and emotional reception to her film <em>Meet, Greet &amp; Bye.</em></p><p>During an interview at Sanicare’s Hygiene Hangout event, Belle shared how deeply moved she has been by the positive feedback the film has received since its world premiere. </p><p>“Sobrang natutuwa ako kasi nakikita ko na mayroon silang ginagawang video na before and after and tawang tawa ako na papasok sila sa sinehan tapos lalabas sila ng iyak ng iyak. Natutuwa ako kasi it means na we are able to spread the message to them and natouch sila sa movie. Sobrang grateful po ako sa mga sumusuporta and sa feedback nila,” she added.</p><p>“Sobrang nakakatuwa po. Ang ganda ganda po talaga ng istorya and yung pagmamahal habang ginagawa po. Walang KJ sa kanila. Lahat sila masayang kasama sa set, sobrang generous nila and si Ina Marya lalo na, napakamaalaga,” she stated.</p><p>“Talagang tulungan kami sa set, sobrang grabe ang support sa isa’t isa and you feel the genuine love for each other.”</p><p>Belle also opened up about her transformation into Geri, a character she initially felt was completely different from her real personality.</p><p>“Noong una, ang layo ni Belle kay Geri, kasi ako as Belle very tame, demure. Tama ba na demure? Si Geri kasi limited lang yung words. May mga instances, tao lang din po ako na naooverwhelm din ako na minsan kailangan ko humarap pero nahihiya ako pero kailangan ko tapangan kasi gustong gusto ko itong ginagawa ko,” she said, noting on doing Geri.</p><p>Belle added that each character she has played has contributed to her personal development.</p><p>“Sa mga roles and characters na ginagawa ko, bawat isa sa kanila talagang may personality po ako na naapply at nakukuha sa kanila na minsan din naaapply ko hanggang ngayon.
