<p>Rosé revealed that Bruno Mars was one of the people who helped convince her to call her first solo studio album <em>Rosie.</em></p><p>In an interview on the<em> The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallo</em>n, the singer shared: &quot;There was a big debate [about the album title]. I have a song called the &#x27;Number One Girl&#x27; so that was initially the rough idea, like maybe we would call it &#x27;Number One Girl.&#x27;&quot;</p><p>Bruno then encouraged her to call the album<em> Rosie</em>. &quot;But then, so like Bruno actually tried really hard to convince me because Rosie was one of the options, he&#x27;s like, &#x27;It has to be Rosie because your friends and family call you Rosie.&#x27;&quot;</p><p>Rosé described Bruno, who is her collaborator in her hit song &quot;APT.&quot;, a &quot;great mentor and friend.&quot;</p><div><iframe width="1519" height="569" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/62VN_HFBA48" title="ROSÉ Reminisces on Her BLACKPINK Audition, Shows Jimmy How to Play the APT. I will jot down like a bunch of ideas and like text my songwriting friends and so it&#x27;s just like phrases and words that kind of pop up, just anything you want to write about and like kind of get off your chest,&quot; she said.</p><p>Rosé released <em>Rosie</em> on December 6.
