<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1738114902799Nico.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA -- Former &quot;Idol Philippines&quot; season 2 contestant Nico Crisostomo has released his debut single titled &quot;Dahan-Dahan.&quot;</p><p>The single is now out on various streaming platforms, while its lyrics video has been uploaded on the official YouTube channel of Star Music.</p><p>Released under ABS-CBN’s DNA Music label, &quot;Dahan-Dahan&quot; is a song about moving on.</p><p>“Ito ang pinakamahirap na stage sa isang relationship when you are breaking up. Gustuhin man natin makapag-move on nang biglaan, hindi ito possible, lalo na kapag minahal mo nang buo &#x27;yung isang tao,” Crisostomo said via a press release.</p><p>&quot;Dahan-Dahan&quot; was written by Crisostomo himself with Roly Halagao. It was produced by Dan Simon along with ABS-CBN Music operations and creative head Jonathan Manalo, who served as the executive producer.</p><p>Crisostomo expressed his happiness releasing his debut single.</p><p>“Sobrang saya siyempre and, at the same time, unreal. Feeling ko slowly but surely magbubunga din lahat ng pinaghirapan ko and mas lalo ako na-motivate na mag-compose pa ng maraming songs,” he said.</p><p>A singer-songwriter from Cavite,  Crisostomo auditioned for the second season of “Idol Philippines”  in 2022.</p>
