<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1756622237495Thumb (34).jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><p>It was a full-circle moment for singer-songwriter and producer Jeremy G, as he released the first volume of his two-part album <em>ODDicted </em>— his first project after taking a hiatus from writing his own music.</p><p>During the album’s media launch, Jeremy shared that this release is his most personal and authentic project to date.</p><p>“I would define my music today as more authentic. Syempre naging authentic din ako sa mga past kong projects, but I feel like this is the most where I’ve been vulnerable and where I’ve been the most carefree in terms of ‘this is what I wanna do, I’m sure’. And if people like it, they like it. Unlike his past works, <em>ODDicted</em> challenged him to dig deeper into his emotions.</p><p>“Most of the time, when I write music, it&#x27;s sometimes, on a good day, within hours. On a bad day, within a day or two. Interestingly, he revealed that he once doubted if he should even release it.</p><p>“It was the first time na I was even not considering releasing it. I’m grateful for it kasi mas lalo kong na-appreciate ‘yung behind the scenes.”</p><p>“I think one of the biggest inspirations is the people that I worked with along the way, the artists that I wrote for, to name a few: Ms. Zsa Zsa, Ms. Pops, Rain Celmar, Kai Montinola, Kolette Madelo. But hearing it from artists like them, it kinda felt gratifying na maybe my voice does need to be heard by people especially with the music that I write for myself. I feel like it helped me a lot and I think all the artists I crossed paths with — thank you guys so much.”</p><p>Jeremy noted how he appreciated people who listened to his music and resonated with the emotions and stories he put into it.</p><p>“Releasing the songs, for myself, it gives me a different sensation — na people really appreciate the music and the art that I’ve been working on. So thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. If you listen to it or you’re going to listen to it, you guys are so well appreciated so much.
