<p>As one of the five top OPM artists performing in the upcoming <em>Champions of the Heart</em> Valentine’s day concert, Jona shared how she felt when she first got an invitation to be part of the one-night only event which has her performing with her fellow Kapamilya singers Martin Nievera, Jed Madela, Klarisse de Guzman, and Sofronio Vasquez. Out of all her co-performers, Jona admits it is the 2024 winner of <em>The Voice USA </em>who she is most excited to share the stage with. </p><div><br/></div><p>“I’m so grateful and blessed na napili ako for this show kasi it’s a dream team. It’s a dream concert for me na andito lahat, na kasama ng magagaling sa industriya. Given na matagal ko na nakakasama sa stage sila Sir Martin, Jed, and Klarisse, but isa sa pinaka-excited ako is makakasama ko si Sofronio sa concert na ito. And of course, Sir John (Prats). Parang in an instant, ang dami niya kaagad na-o-offer. Mas maganda and mas magaan na we’re just having fun, and minsan naisisingit namin ‘yung stories about movies from the past, ‘yung mga movies na ginawa ni Direk John. So a lot of reminiscing talaga. Hindi lang kami kumbaga naka-focus lang sa trabaho. Kumbaga hinahaluan din namin ng fun side, a bonding side. So for me, may na-de-develop din na relationship on another level. So nandun yung comfort namin sa isa’t isa and yung bonding namin. And also with Jed, na ang tagal-tagal ko na rin nakakasama sa mga shows. Whenever I’m with him on stage, laging nandun rin yung comfort and ease at saka yung challenge ng pagiging artist na rin. Kasi he always takes the performance to the next level. As in. Na-i-inspire din niya ako to level up my game din.”</p><div><br/></div><p>“Kay Sofronio, I’m looking forward to perform and do a duet with you and to collab with you. Kasi sa <em>ASAP</em> bihira kami magkaroon ng prod na kaming dalawa lang. So I really, really look forward sa gagawing performance ni Sof. Kumbaga, hindi ka lang artist kundi para ka na rin naming kaibigan.
