Havey na havey ang mga inihanda ng ‘Showtime’ family this Saturday! May nagce-celebrate ng birthday. Everyone, batiin natin ng maligayang kaarawan si Vhong Navarro, ang idol ng bayan pagdating sa sayawan.  From one dancefloor icon to another, i-welcome natin si Rochelle Pangilinan, ang huhula kung sino ang tunay na breadwinner na bank teller sa “And The Breadwinner Is” segment. Para makatulong kay Rochelle, maaari niyang kilatisin ang tatlong trabahador base sa pisikal na katangian, mga kilos sa ibinigay na sitwasyon, at mga kasagutan sa iisang katanungan.  Hindi man tumama ang hula ni Rochelle, pero naantig ang puso niya sa kwento ni Breadwinnable 1, Rose, ang totoong bank teller. Si Rose, sinikap na tustusan ang sariling pag-aaral mula high school hanggang sa makatapos ng kolehiyo dahil hindi na kaya pa ng magulang na ibigay ang lahat ng pangangailangan nilang 11 na magkakapatid. Tuluyan na rin silang nawalang ng komunikasyon sa ama mula nang pumanaw ang kanilang ina noong 2022. At ngayon na isa na siyang ganap na nanay, pangako ni Rose ay babaguhin niya ang kapalaran ng anak.  Dahil sa naging sitwasyon at karanasan ni Rose, naging topic ng hosts ang family planning. Idiniin ni Vice Ganda na panahon na upang maging bukas ang isip ng mga Pilipino tungkol sa usaping ito.  At para makatulong kay Rose, may mga inihandang regalo ang ‘Showtime’ family.  Ngayong unang araw ng Sabado, kasado na ang talento ng mga estudyanteng tumanggap sa hamon ng entablado. Nagbabalik ang apat na daily winners para lumaban sa “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” 8th Midterm exam.  Sa unang round, “Fame” ang kinanta ni Maelynn Rapisa ng Mapua Malayan Colleges of Laguna. Hinarana naman ni Pia Carandang ng Tanauan City Integrated High School ang madlang people sa kantang “Sandalan.” Parang ilog na umaagos ang talento ni Holy Name University student Alexa Lim with her powerful rendition of “River.” Pinana ni Ibabang Talim Integrated High School bet Cards Espano ang puso ng lahat sa sa nakakakilig niyang pag-awit ng Mr. Kupido.  Tatlong contenders lamang ang natira para muling magharap sa Round 2.
