Kids no more! “Goin’ Bulilit” stars reunite on “Rainbow Rumble,” share fun and lessons from the game

Feeling a little old yet? The “Goin’ Bulilit” kids who used to crack jokes and pull off silly skits every Sunday are all grown-up now, and they proved they can still bring the laughs during their colorful reunion on a recent episode of &quot;<a href="http://rainbowrumble.abs-cbn.com">Rainbow Rumble</a>.&quot; And while it was such a treat to see Trina &quot;Hopia&quot; Legaspi, Andre Garcia, CJ Navato, Basty Alcances, and Cha-Cha Cañete all together again, the reunion also came with the thrill of the game. Their “Goin’ Bulilit” playground definitely trained them to be “palaban” from day one, but even if only one made it to the jackpot, the rest of the gang took the outcome with positivity.  Missing the jackpot round didn’t take away the fun for Hopia, who joked that her memory lapses during the &#x27;Rally to the Top&#x27; were just “side effects” of the anesthesia from giving birth (yep, she’s a mom now). “Medyo sabaw din talaga,” she laughed, remembering the part where she answered “kutsara” to the question, &quot;Ano ang katambal ng spoon?&quot;  Andre thought the questions were just too random it was impossible to predict what would come next, while CJ and Basty both agreed the tricky ones really tested them. Even if they felt challenged and didn’t win, the boys still considered the experience worthwhile. Andre and Basty said what mattered most was giving their best, while CJ, ever the good sport, just shrugged it off, “Gano’n talaga ang buhay. Kapag hindi binigay ni Lord, ibig sabihin hindi para sa’yo.” For him, the real win is being able to enjoy new experiences. “Sobrang saya! Sana makabalik,” he smiled, adding that the best way to handle moments like this is to not overthink and just have fun. Hopia shared the same sentiment, &quot;Manalo, matalo i-enjoy lang natin ang laro.&quot; Andre shared that his &quot;<a href="http://rainbowrumble.abs-cbn.com">Rainbow Rumble</a>&quot; experience taught him that staying informed is power, while Basty walked away with plenty of new knowledge he picked up from the questions.  Hopia and the boys also rooted for their friend Cha-Cha, who made it all the way to the jackpot round. Yes, this is the same Cha-Cha we once knew as the “bulilit, kung kumilos ang liit-liit.” Out of six unique colors, she managed to get four in the “Rainbow Reveal,” which meant she missed out on the million-peso jackpot but still took home a solid ₱85,000. Cha-Cha shared she didn’t do any major prep aside from watching previous episodes to understand the mechanics. After playing, she realized the key to acing the “Rally to the Top” is to swipe fast on the sensor and rely on how much you already know. When asked her favorite moment from the episode, of course, she said it&#x27;s making it all the way to the top of the pyramid. Watching this squad play &quot;<a href="http://rainbowrumble.abs-cbn.com">Rainbow Rumble</a>&quot; felt like a time warp, only this time, the &#x27;bulilits&#x27; are adults, but still just as competitive and funny as ever.   Whose reunion are you looking forward to next on &quot;Rainbow Rumble&quot;?
