“PBB Collab 2.0” housemates Reich, Eliza, and Caprice get emotional as they talk about their families

<p>The day after 13 of the <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/pinoy-big-brother-collab-v2"><strong><u>“Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0”</u></strong></a> housemates received their punishment for their violations, Kuya summoned Kapamilya star Joaquin Arce and Kapuso artist Waynona Collings to the confession room to inform them about their second weekly task, in which they are going to be the task leaders.</p><p>In their second weekly task called “Bahayanihan,” the housemates have to create a diorama per group that showcases the kind of family they belong to while sharing stories about them. As soon as they changed into their school uniforms again, the “Rays of Sunshine” group led by Star Magic artist Reich Lim immediately began working on their family diorama.</p><p>Waynona and her fellow Sparkle talent Princess Aliyah were the first to impart the stories of their families and were succeeded by Kapamilya bet Fred Mosser. While all three of them seem to have comfortable lives growing up since they were supported by their parents, it’s a totally different story for Reich, as she shared that it’s her who mostly makes money for their family since her parents had her when they were already in their 40s.</p><div><br/></div><div><iframe width="966" height="543" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/YnCl_Cfjdmw?si=bKjZTADqe3Qs0csv" title="YouTube video player" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>According to her, she has been modelling ever since she was 3, with her dad being the one to manage all her earnings from her gigs. This allowed her to help her parents in paying their bills and sending herself to school since their family’s only source of income that she knew off was their bedspace rental business.</p><p>They were okay until her dad suddenly passed away, which made her regretful for not being able to spend much time with him and not showing him enough how much she loves him. So, since then, she has been trying to make the most of everyday by expressing her love to her mom.</p><p>Carmelle Collado’s team, “Caramel Ma-cutesy,&quot; also started building their diorama, with Heath Jornales being the first one to talk about the happy family that he belongs to. He was followed by Carmelle, who’s actually the<em> unica hija </em>of her beloved parents.</p><p>She may often be reticent, but Caprice Cayetano seemed to have gone enthusiastic when she started to open up about her beloved family. The promising Kapuso actress revealed to her groupmates that she was actually a product of teenage pregnancy, as her parents had her when they were still teenagers. With how happy, content, and proud she is with the family that she has, Caprice couldn’t help herself from crying out of sheer joy during her conversation with Kuya, who told her how blessed she is to be born to a family brimming with love and how surely her parents take pride of her.</p><p>“AntoQuinSElla,” the group spearheaded by Anton Vinzon, also began working on their diorama and it was he who was the first one to tell his family’s story. Sofia, meanwhile, looked back on how she and her mother were able to survive one of the toughest phases of their lives together, while Lella proudly conveyed that she idolizes her mama for being able to raise and provide for four children as a single mom.</p><p>The “Fighting Sweethearts” team led by Krystal Mejes also began building their diorama, and they thought of incorporating symbols that best represent their family. For Marco Masa, it would be the moon because amidst the darkness that sometimes surrounds their family, they are still his beacon of light. She explained that it’s because she wants to be their shining star that brings light to them no matter the darkness that comes into their lives or within themselves. Meanwhile, John Clifford chose the sun as he believes that their family is as bright as it is whatever the time of the day.</p><p>“Adorable Tasksmashers” also commenced working on their diorama and in imparting their stories, with Lee Victor and Ashley Sarmiento both relating that they haven’t had the chance yet to meet their respective dads.</p><div><br/></div><div><iframe width="966" height="543" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/_-82FIGUpT4?si=BFSni72Ag0umm2Qo" title="YouTube video player" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>Miguel, on the other hand, had a pretty interesting story about his family, which he compared to Vice Ganda’s blockbuster movie “Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy.” He described his family as diverse, since his eldest sister is a lesbian, his second sister is straight, while his brother is bisexual. Even though that’s the case, his love and respect for them have never changed as he roots for their happiness.</p><p>While it was easy for her teammates to talk about their families, Eliza Borromeo confessed during her conversation with Kuya that she’s actually not yet prepared to tackle how her family makes her feel and how she is being treated at home. Thus, it was only with her close friend Krystal whom she was able to open up about her struggles. Pwede mo akong maging takbuhan.”</p><p>Then he added, “Ipakita mo sa iyong mga magulang kung sino ka talaga, kung ano ang kaya mong gawin, pero huwag mong ipakita sa kanila nang may poot o galit sa iyong puso.
