Here&#x27;s a BTS peek into &quot;<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/howtospotaredflag" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">How To Spot A Red Flag</a>.&quot;While busy catching waves and brewing up coffee drinks, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano are also making hearts flutter behind the scenes.In the pilot week of &quot;<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/howtospotaredflag" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">How To Spot A Red Flag</a>,&quot; Matt (Donny) and Cha (Belle) didn’t exactly have the smoothest first meeting. Cha was convinced Matt was the guy she had been talking to online—until she saw him with his girlfriend. But Matt insisted he wasn’t her ‘ka-talking stage’ and that he was just a victim of catfishing. Now, after all the awkwardness, they seem to be getting closer, and we can’t help but notice the kilig building up as Cha decides to give Matt a second chance, without knowing that Matt getting close to her was still part of a deal with Matt had with her best friend JR (Jameson Blake), the catfisher.Off-cam, though, no red flags here—just pure green!If you’re already hooked on Matt and Cha’s story, the behind-the-scenes moments from “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/howtospotaredflag" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">How To Spot A Red Flag</a>” make it even more interesting. Donny and Belle kept things fun and light while filming, even during the more intense sequences, like when Cha slapped Matt on the first meeting. Off-cam, DonBelle was all smiles and laughing in between takes as they worked through the scene.The gallery features their BTS surfing shots in La Union, where Belle had to learn how to ride the waves just for this role. It also doubled as an enjoyable bonding activity for them on set. Who wouldn’t love working by the beach?Another key moment from the pilot week was the hospital storage room scene. After both spraining their ankles on their surfing date, they ended up hiding in a small storage room to escape Cha&#x27;s dad and his anger. This was where Cha finally realized that Matt wasn’t the guy she had been messaging. We bet Donny and Belle were joking around about trying to fit into the tiny space during the filming. And of course, what’s a rom-com without moments where the two leads seem to be in their own little world, like they’re inside a bubble? We had plenty of those in the café scenes. Since Cha is a barista, the pilot week featured a cozy café moment where she was making coffee with Matt. Their chemistry was just as rich and warm as a perfectly brewed cup. Just looking at the photos, we can almost smell the coffee aroma and imagine Belle, a coffee lover in real life, excitedly gushing about it to Donny.The pair seemingly fights right into the La Union setting, with Donny&#x27;s lid-back vibe and Belle&#x27;s soft island-girl glow. Even Kira Balinger, who appeared in the pilot episode as Matt’s real girlfriend, blended seamlessly into DonBelle&#x27;s chemistry. With all these BTS moments, we just know DonBelle and the HTSARF squad are bringing nothing but good vibes and great storytelling.
