As he continues to discourage JB from pursuing his “job,” which the latter assumed had no difference from being a soldier, Tony argued that he would die with no honor and legacy. Seeing the tattoo of his dad, which was completely identical to the one printed on the Escalera master list that he and Andres (Daniel Padilla) had retrieved, might have initially caused him to doubt Tony, but JB still opted to believe that his father was innocent.
