Josh-Ralph’s eviction caps off an emotion-packed week in “PBB Collab”

The recent week in "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" was all about capturing raw emotions—disgust, tears, and anger—for a secret weekly task. But nothing felt more real than the heartbreak fans experienced when Josh Ford and Ralph de Leon, collectively known as JoRa, were evicted from the PBB house.

JoRa, along with fellow nominated housemates ShuCa (Shuvee Etrata and Bianca de Vera), and XyDust (Xyriel Manabat and Dustin Yu) got busy completing their secret task of capturing raw emotions from their co-housemates, from Esnyr’s unfiltered look of disgust to Mika Salamanca’s quiet sadness, and River Joseph’s rare flash of anger (which proved to be the hardest, given his calm nature). To pull it off, they came up with a “fitness-themed” decoy task to mask their real mission. Along the way, friendships were tested—all for that one perfect photo.

Adding another layer of emotion to an already heavy week was Bianca’s tearful farewell to her beloved fur baby, Peach. Bianca was given the chance to temporarily step out of the PBB house to say goodbye to Peach, who had recently passed away.

Amid all these happenings, the three nominated pairs also had to brace themselves for eviction night. In the end, it was JoRa—Josh and Ralph—who received the lowest combined percentage of public votes, officially ending their PBB journey. Interestingly, it was a tight race. JoRa garnered 32.35% of the total votes, narrowly trailing behind ShuCa with 32.83%, while XyDust led with 34.82%.

JoRa left the house with an inspiring impression as two of the most emotionally grounded housemates this season. Josh opened up early on about the personal losses he experienced before entering PBB, and viewers watched him turn grief into growth. He built friendships and showed vulnerability as the "Survivor Lad ng United Kingdom."

Ralph, the “Dutiful Judo-Son ng Cavite,” will surely be missed in Kuya’s kitchen. Fans fondly dubbed him the house’s “Saing King,” since he was always in charge of the rice cooker. But beyond his kitchen duties, he became known for his 'green flag' qualities such as his maturity, quiet leadership, and gentlemanly ways. Despite being up for eviction in all four nomination weeks, Ralph remained composed and steady. He showed strength no matter the odds.

Now that their PBB chapter has closed, we’re excited to see where Josh and Ralph’s journey takes them next in the outside world.
