BTS: Coco gets hands-on guiding McCoy and co-stars in recent "FPJ's Batang Quiapo" episode

And behind the scenes, the ganaps were a mix of intense and unexpectedly fun moments. If you’re wondering what really went down on set, we’ve got the inside look right here.</p><p>Just a quick recap before we jump into the happenings from the set. David (McCoy) met Miguelito (Jake Cuenca), now Tanggol (Coco)&#x27;s political rival, during a gambling session where he traded him a fake land title supposedly owned by the Caballeros. Later, after Miguelito’s goons confirmed that the title was indeed fake, he left David seriously injured but spared his life after David confessed that he was Tanggol’s brother, and Miguelito realized they shared the same enemy.</p><div><script data-wid="auto" type="text/javascript" src="https://content.viralize.tv/display/?zid=AAFz8gWM8iRADsJr&amp;cid=ABaWEetmtXHMQoQG"></script></div><p>Since then, it’s as if Miguelito had David under his control and has used him for shady tasks, the recent of which was to shoot a man who was about to be released from the police station. David was completely unaware that the target was actually Tanggol himself, but his &#x27;tough guy&#x27; facade fell apart and he just couldn’t pull the trigger upon realizing that the target was none other than his &quot;brother.&quot;</p><div><script data-wid="auto" type="text/javascript" src="https://content.viralize.tv/display/?zid=AAFz8gWM8iRADsJr&amp;cid=ABauSNXXYdSDAIBz"></script></div><div><script data-wid="auto" type="text/javascript" src="https://content.viralize.tv/display/?zid=AAFz8gWM8iRADsJr&amp;cid=ABauTaPkuGjptQB-"></script></div><p>Out of frustration, Miguelito took matters into his own hands, opening fire and unleashing bullets without restraint, dragging innocent lives into the chaos and putting Tanggol in critical condition.</p><p>But while the events onscreen were packed with gunfire and tension, the vibe behind the camera was a whole different story. In between takes, there was a lot of laughter and kuwentuhan going around. The chemistry between Coco and McCoy looked so charming and genuine, which is a total contrast to their on-cam dynamic. In the BTS reel, the show&#x27;s theme song “Kapalaran” played in the background while they shot the part where David freezes up and is torn over the idea of shooting his own brother, probably to help stir the internal conflict in McCoy’s performance. </p><p>Every movement had to be sharp and precise as the team needed to keep the whole sequence well-choreographed, especially with such a big crowd of extras involved. </p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17502549340731750254931008.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:660px"/></div><p>Where will the next encounter between Tanggol and David lead?
