The first-ever edition of “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/idol-kids-philippines" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Idol Kids Philippines</a>” is finally here! But prior to its much-awaited premiere last weekend, June 28 and June 29, its gregarious hosts Robi Domingo and Jolina Magdangal graced Kapamilya Chat, through which they’d given us a glimpse of their chemistry as first-time co-hosts.In “Bawal Tumawa Challenge (Korni Edition),” they had to take turns delivering jokes that they had picked from the bowl, with the common pursuit of making each other laugh. Since whoever breaks into laughter loses, both of them tried to keep a straight face, with Robi succeeding in making Jolina laugh twice. While her first two jokes failed to amuse Robi, Jolina finally made it when she uttered, “Anong prutas ang paborito ng mga lawyer?” to which the answer was “Abokado.” According to Robi, it was too old and “corny,” so he laughed since he already knew the answer. On the other hand, he may have missed his initial chance at tickling her with his first joke, but Robi was able to figure out that changing his voice in his delivery of his second entry, which was, “Ano ang sabi ng Baby Ulan sa Daddy Ulan?” to which the witty response was, “’Tay, ambon ba ako?”He did the same in his third entry, which was “Ano ang tawag sa maliit na manok?” with “chicken cubes” being the corresponding answer, yet it didn’t work for Jolina.
