<p>The 99-day stay inside Bahay ni Kuya was eventful and a roller-coaster ride for Sparkle artist Sofia Pablo, who showed viewers her authentic self. Her charm, talent, and role as a beloved Ate to the housemates truly shone throughout her entire stay, and it is unfortunate that we will no longer get to see her following her recent eviction.</p><p>But the fun does not end there. On Kapamilya Chat&#x27;s February 6 episode, “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/pinoy-big-brother-collab-v2" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong><u><em>Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0</em></u></strong></a>” evictee Sofia Pablo shared more anecdotes about her time inside Bahay ni Kuya---from her preparations before entering, to nomination moments, and post-eviction reflections that prove how much she grew during her “PBB” days.  </p><div><br/></div><div><iframe width="1020" height="574" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/elF1GbEzNfo" title="Sofia Pablo and Eliza Borromeo | Kapamilya Chat 2026" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Sofia&#x27;s recalls her “PBB” journey</strong> </div><p>The first night inside Bahay ni Kuya is definitely a different type of experience for the housemates, and Sofia shared her point of view during that time, “Nung first night, sobrang OA ko talaga. Like lahat ng brands binabanggit ko. Nung pinapanood ko [sabi ko], ‘Bakit ko ginawa ‘yun?” Sofia found herself annoying during that time when she watched a replay upon coming back to the outside world.  </p><p>She added that she probably felt that way as they had a house arrest prior to entering Bahay ni Kuya. “Ang tagal naming naka blindfold, ilang hours. So kaya siguro pag-alis [nung blindfold], sobrang overwhelmed ko talaga.” She shared that things had been fresh experiences for her upon joining “PBB,” that&#x27;s why when she entered, she was super hyped up. </p><p>Sofia revealed that she was not intimidated by the Kapamilya housemates but more shocked upon seeing the roster of stars she would be sharing the house with, including Joaquin Arce and Carmelle Collado. “Kasi before coming in, naririnig ko na si Joaquin kasi marami kaming mutual friends.” She revealed that seeing Joaquin inside the house surprised her.  Another housemate that she was not really familiar with but got her attention immediately upon entering was Carmelle, “Si Carmelle po, first time ko siyang makita. Ang naiisip ko po talaga ang ganda ng [skin] color niya… Ang ganda ng face niya, parang alam mo na performer vibes talaga.” </p><p>During her 99-day stay inside Bahay ni Kuya, it was noted that Sofia never got nominated until the one that eventually led to her eviction. She once told Kuya that if she were ever nominated, she already knew and felt that she would be the one evicted. With that mindset, Sofia shared, “Number one, it&#x27;s because ‘yung pinanggagalingan ko noon, kung ano ‘yung iniwan ko outside, parang tanggap ko na. I feel like people really wouldn&#x27;t save me.”</p><p>Sofia explained that she had gone through a lot outside, and she believed the public’s perception of her before entering the house would not change even after showing her true self inside Big Brother’s house. She admitted that every time there was a nomination inside the house, she felt she would be picked.</p><p>Reflecting on how she was able to redeem herself inside the house, she said, “Sobrang sarap talaga sa pakiramdam, ang saya ng heart ko.” After her eviction, her friends told her about the hate comments she received during her first week inside, which did not surprise her. She believed things would change once she stayed longer in the house---and true enough, they did. “Nung paglabas ko, hindi ako makapaniwala na binulungan ako na ‘mahal na mahal ka na ng mga tao.’” That moment made her feel fulfilled, knowing she was able to redeem herself inside the house.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>On keeping a close relationship with the housemates </strong></div><p>As an Ate to the housemates, Sofia shared that the care and love she extended to them came from the way her mother raised her. “So kahit papaano, kahit wala akong siblings, alam ko kung paano mag-alaga sa mga tao sa paligid ko. Inaalala ko kung paano ako inalagaan ni Mommy noon kahit ang dami niyang ginagawa,” she said. Sofia explained that she always tried her best to look after the housemates, treating them as if they were her own siblings.</p><p>This is why she felt delighted when fellow evictee Eliza Borromeo returned after winning the wildcard challenge. “Ang saya ko po talaga, kasi before siya ma-evict, dun kami nag-start talaga na maging open sa isa’t isa, nagkukuwentuhan na kami, tapos bigla siyang na-evict,” she recalled, expressing her happiness at seeing Eliza again.</p><p>Before their eviction, the housemates were asked to choose who among them they would like to share a special dinner with. Sofia picked fellow Kapuso star Ashley Sarmiento. “Si Ashley kasi, before pa mag-‘PBB,’ close na kami pero work friends… inside, never pa namin na-open ‘yung ganoon ka-deep na friendship,” she explained.</p><p>She added that after the eviction of their close friends Anton Vinzon and Rave Victoria, both she and Ashley were deeply saddened, and that shared experience somehow brought them closer together. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Sofia grateful to supporters, shares lessons she learned from “PBB” <u></u></strong></div><p>Now that she is back in the outside world, Sofia expressed how much she missed the feeling of being in the spotlight. “Masaya, as in masaya po talaga. Sabi ko, ‘mali ba na masaya ako,’ pero masaya talaga ako eh. Nami-miss ko ‘yung housemates, pero ‘pag tinitingnan ko ‘yung paligid ko, lalo na nag-back to work na, sobrang na-miss ko po talaga ‘yung outside world,” she shared.</p><p>She even revealed that the very first thing she did upon stepping out of the house was to take a sip of milktea---something she had longed for during her stay inside Bahay ni Kuya. </p><p>To her growing supporters, Sofia expressed deep gratitude. “Hindi ko naman ine-expect na nandito sila, na parang after my journey sa ‘PBB,’ dumami sila. Sobrang sarap sa puso, it&#x27;s more than what I prayed for talaga.
