From ideal dates to street food favorites: Ivana and Joshua’s chemistry decoded in this “Compatibility Test”

<p>The stars of the romantic drama series “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/2026/4/29/joshua-and-ivana-grapple-with-love-and-betrayal-in-morocco-set-series-love-is-never-gone-1539" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Love Is Never Gone</strong></a>,” Ivana Alawi and Joshua Garcia, took a break from the show’s tension-filled themes of love and betrayal to test their compatibility—seeing how well they know each other as co-stars on screen and friends off set. The two guessed each other’s quirks and preferences in this playful “Compatibility Test.” </p><p>The first question asked who greets the other with “good morning” first. Ivana tried to peek at Joshua’s board to see his answer, laughing at her own gesture. Joshua, however, admitted it felt too extreme for him, so he chose the comfort of a movie date instead.  </p><p>On Filipino snacks, the two were in sync as they picked tusok-tusok, a street food staple of fish balls, kikiam, and other favorites. For leisure, Joshua and Ivana preferred spending their free time on out-of-town trips rather than staycations. And when the choice came down to fries or burgers, both went straight for burgers. </p><p>The questions then shifted to something more personal, such as whether Ivana is a night owl or a morning person. Joshua guessed she’s a morning person, which surprised Ivana. On her board, she admitted she’s actually a night owl. “Kasi sa umaga parang ball of sunshine ka for everyone,” Joshua explained. </p><p> Next came Joshua’s preferences: does he prefer sweet or spicy? Ivana matched him perfectly, writing down “sweet,” just as Joshua did.
