Vincent (Paulo Avelino) expresses his gratitude to Stella (Kim Chiu) for her unwavering support in the June 30 episode of <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/the-alibi" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">“The Alibi.”</a>Stella saves Bea (Ayesha Bajeta) from Claudia (Sofia Andres), and takes her home, tucking her into bed. Vincent asks how his daughter is and Stella reassures him that she is fine. He watches Bea as she sleeps, worried about how everything is beginning to affect her. Still emotional from what happened, Vincent says, “May bukas pa ako kasama yung anak ko dahil sa’yo, Stella.” He looks at her with hope on his face and thanks her sincerely.As they step out of Bea’s room, Vincent and Stella continue their conversation. Stella asks him for an update on Claudia’s whereabouts, but there are still no recent sightings of her. She expresses disappointment over how Claudia no longer trusts them after protecting her from Arthur (John Arcilla), as it was Claudia herself who asked for their help. Vincent wonders who tipped off the authorities, leading them to chase after Claudia and find out where she was hiding. Stella notices how stressed he has become and tries to comfort him. “Alam kong pagod ka na,” she says, easing his worries. Vincent responds, “Hangga’t nandiyan ka, ikaw ang pahinga ko. Hindi ako pwedeng mapagod.” Moved by Vincent’s heartfelt words, Stella pulls him in for a warm hug. Stella’s support keeps Vincent going.
