<p>MANILA - Each year, FHM Philippines holds an online poll to determine the &quot;Sexiest Woman in the Country.&quot;</p><p>While the spotlight will be firmly planted on the winner --in this case, Jessy Mendiola-- fans have always put a special focus on celebrities and personalities who soared the highest from their position in last year&#x27;s list.</p><p>Here are those who made the biggest the jump, starting with Kapamilya star Julia Montes (70th last year) and actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith (51st last year), who each jumped up 14 places.
