Data from the Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES) conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) show that while poverty incidence among population has increased in Metro Manila from 2006 (4.4%) to 2015 (6.5%), all its districts still top the least poor cluster of provinces.
