Antonio Trillanes IV claimed Friday.Citing bank transaction records from several sources, Trillanes said that millions of pesos were funneled into the 17 accounts of the Davao city mayor in three banks, from 2006 to 2015.Over the nine-year period, Duterte held seven joint accounts with his daughter Sara at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch in Julia Vargas Avenue, Pasig City; nine joint accounts at the BPI Edsa Greenhills branch; and one joint account at Banco de Oro Unibank-1 in Davao City.A Philippine Daily Inquirer report on Friday said Duterte&#x27;s accounts at BPI Julia Vargas alone allegedly received P1.74 billion in total deposits and transfers. The joint accounts at BPI Edsa Greenhills also received P667 million while the BDO-Unibank account had P534 million.Trillanes said deposits and transfers in the three banks totaled 71, of which 48 were credit memos and 23 were inter-bank transfers.Among these transaction were seven deposits amounting to P193 million, which were credited to Duterte&#x27;s BPI Julia Vargas account on March 28, 2014, his 69th birthday.In 2014, Trillanes said the BPI Julia Vargas accounts contained P227.41 million (not P211 million as earlier reported). He reported only a net worth of some P21.971 million in his 2014 SALN.Duterte initially denied the existence of his accounts at BPI Julia Vargas, but admitted Thursday that he had two accounts in the bank branch.The PDP-Laban bet, however, insisted that the accounts do not contain P211 million, but only P50,000 and P17,000 each.<div><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/halalan2016/nation/04/28/16/timeline-duterte-camp-denies-admits-bpi-account" target="_blank">TIMELINE: Duterte camp denies, admits BPI account</a></div>An official who fails to declare an asset may be dismissed from government service.Trillanes, who is an independent vice-presidential bet, has <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/halalan2016/nation/04/28/16/trillanes-vows-to-impeach-duterte" target="_blank">vowed to impeach</a> Rodrigo Duterte right away if the Davao City mayor wins in the May 9 presidential elections.<h3>&#x27;REAL&#x27; WAIVER</h3>In an interview with dzMM, Trillanes again challenged Duterte to sign a &quot;real&quot; waiver that would allow public disclosure of his bank records.Trillanes said Duterte signed a <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/halalan2016/nation/03/15/16/digong-on-binay-woes-he-brought-it-on-himself" target="_blank">manifesto</a> in March, urging other presidential and vice presidential candidates to execute a waiver on the Bank Secrecy Law.The senator said he tried presenting this manifesto to Duterte&#x27;s banks in a bid to open his records. His request, however, was denied because the document was not notarized and addressed to the banks.The declaration also lacked the signature of Duterte&#x27;s daughter, the co-holder of the accounts.Insisting that the manifesto only serves to gain media mileage, Trillanes dared the 71-year-old mayor to sign a proper waiver.&quot;Pang-media lang po iyan (manifesto), pang-linlang lang po iyan. Ganyan din iyung mga style: ako iyung bibirahin, gagawa ng kung ano-anong issue pero hindi nila haharapin,&quot; Trillanes said.&quot;Magtatapon ng kung ano-anong salita&#x27;t tunog tapos ang bibirahin nila ay iyung messenger pero hindi hinaharap.&quot;He added that Duterte has admitted to the killing of criminals in Davao, but is now leaving underlings to fend off the controversy.&quot;Sa buong kampanya, makikita niyo siya, talagang inaamin niya pati iyung mga pinatay niya, kung ano-ano. Pero dito, nabibilaukan e. Hindi alam kung saan susuot,&quot; he said. &quot;Nag-a-ala Binay na kasi iyung mga alipores na ang pinapaharap.&quot;Trillanes also addressed claims that the bank records were illegally obtained, saying: &quot;Hindi iyun ang issue. Ang issue dito ay iyung P2.4 billion.&quot;He also declared that he will resign from the Senate and drop his candidacy if his accusations are proven false.&quot;This would be an eye opener na po, sana ho. Mabigat po itong mga paratang na ito. Simple ang hamon ko sa kanya, pirmahan mo iyung waiver, kapag mali ang paratang ko, magre-resign po ako sa Senado at iyung pag-withdraw ko sa VP race,&quot; he said.
