<div>Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday expressed his view on different issues, including a hero&#x27;s burial for former President Ferdinand Marcos, the possibility of declaring Martial Law, and his main campaign contributor. </div><div> </div><div>In the fast-talk round of the PiliPinas 2016 Presidential Town Hall Debate on Sunday, debate moderator Karen Davila asked Duterte these questions:</div><div> </div><div>Q: Magandang ehemplo ba kayo sa kabataan?</div><div>A: Yes. I restored public order in my city and everybody is safe.</div><div> </div><div>Q: Anong posisyon sa gabinete ang ibibigay niyo sa babae?</div><div>A: Tourism. If she is really bright, Finance. Any position.</div><div> </div><div>Q: Name your top campaign contributor. Sino siya?</div><div>A: Nasa bukid, Ma&#x27;am. Emilio Aguinaldo, I think.</div><div> </div><div>Q: Sabi niyo po, &#x27;You cannot be a president if you cannot kill.&#x27; Papatay ba kayo kung kayo ay pangulo?</div><div>A: Talaga. No, it&#x27;s not the actual. Takot kang mamatay, takot kang pumatay, &#x27;wag kang magpresidente. </div><div> </div><div>Q: Anong sitwasyon ang posibleng magudyok sa inyo na magdeklara ng Martial Law?</div><div>A: Rebellion, lawless violence.</div><div> </div><div>Q: So posible ang Martial Law sa panunungkulan niyo?</div><div>A: No, that can&#x27;t be. Hindi na ganoon kalawak ang rebellion natin. </div><div> </div><div>Q: Papayag ka bang mailibing sa Libingan ng mga Bayani si dating Pangulong Marcos?</div><div>A: Yes. Definitely yes because it has divided the country until now. Lahat ng mga Ilokano, galit kung bakit ganoon ang nangyari. It&#x27;s time to heal.</div><div> </div><div>Q: Kaaway na ba natin ang Amerika kapag kayo&#x27;y naging pangulo?</div><div>A: Sila lang naman nag-aaway. It was a response to a question coming from media. It was a concocted, hypothetical question and I was only replying to it. Yes, kung gusto nila. </div><div> </div><div>Q: Kaaway niyo ang ilegal na droga. Anong gagawin niyo sakaling malaman po niyo na isa sa mga anak niyo ay gumagamit ng ilegal na droga.</div><div>A: Patayin mo.</div><div> </div><div>Q: May anak po ba kayong nalulong o gumamit ng iligal na droga?</div><div>A: Wala. Everybody is okay. My order is, even if it is a member of my family, kill him.</div>
