With all the thrilling scenes, intense challenges, and mind games in “High Street,” Sky (Andrea Brillantes) and Gino (Juan Karlos) definitely deserve a touch of romance. Despite their best efforts to avoid each other, fate and circumstances keep bringing them together. So, Kapamilya Toplist has put together all the GinoKy moments where the spark between them is undeniably real.

At Kenji (Tommy Alejandrino) and Sanya (Gela Atayde)’s engagement party, chaos ensued when Sky’s cell phone went missing. Fate had its way, as Gino was the one who found it—prompting Sky to hug him in relief. Their batchmates Tim (Zaijian Jaranilla), Poch (Miggy Jimenez), Roxy (Xyriel Manabat), Sanya, and Kenji couldn’t help but smile and tease while witnessing the sweet moment.

It turns out that Gino had confessed his feelings for Sky before. In a flashback scene, it’s revealed that he had asked if there was a chance for them to be together in the future. However, Sky said she needed time to move on from the tragic events in her life and suggested that Gino might need time to heal as well.

Who wouldn't swoon when a guy scolds you for your reckless actions because he's genuinely concerned about your safety? We could hardly breathe watching that scene where Gino got so worried about Sky after her daring and stubborn nature landed her in dangerous situations once again. He called her “bratty,” but regardless of what he called her, the main thing was that he wanted her safe. He even offered to drive her home, but being stubborn, she refused. Despite this, he followed the cab she took just to ensure she got home unharmed.

Indeed, Gino began following Sky to ensure she stayed out of trouble, especially when she started suspecting that Z (Daniela Stranner) had returned. Determined to piece together events and uncover the truth about the possibility of Z colluding again with Gino’s father, ex-Governor William Acosta (Mon Confiado), Sky was relentless. However, being the gentleman that he is, Gino wouldn’t allow Sky to pursue this potentially dangerous investigation on her own. Ultimately, he just wants her protected. Hmm. Isn’t "I want you safe" synonymous with saying "I love you"?

One night, Sky couldn’t sleep because her mind kept replaying all the moments she shared with Gino, especially the argument they had when, overwhelmed by her emotions, she accused Gino of being involved in the trouble caused by her father. Isn’t this a clear sign that her feelings for Gino are still lingering, no matter how much she tries to deny them? It’s like her emotions are swimming to the surface, no matter how much she tries to push them away.

Who else felt those butterflies fluttering when they were deep in conversation about all the problems surrounding them, and then Sky received a message from her friends that made her smile? With an intense gaze, Gino couldn’t help but watch Sky, just because he was so happy to see her smile again. A guy whose heart skips a beat at the sight of your smile? Aww, our GinoKy hearts are melting!

During the intense times of pain and trials related to Z’s abduction, which raised various questions, they faced the possibility that Gino might not be William’s biological son. This revelation made Gino break down, feeling a mix of relief at not being connected to that monster, yet he couldn't help but revisit all the pain he endured trying to please William and protect his mother from him. In that moment of vulnerability, it was Sky who offered him comfort and strength, reminding him that there’s so much more to him than just his roots.

Let’s wrap this up with that heartwarming scene where Sky declared that they were finally free to feel happy again because they had managed to 'eliminate' William. Gino genuinely expressed his happiness, saying it was because he was with her, and he leaned in closer, clearly wanting to kiss her so badly.
