He began by saying that he’s as caring as Doc Kevin, expounding that he is actually the same towards his family and friends by doing everything that he can to make sure that they’re going to get everything that they will need.

Ralph then confidently said that he’s also smart like him, insinuating that it’s impossible for Doc Kevin to go through medical school and residency at the hospital if he doesn’t have the intelligence or mental aptitude. In real life, he takes pride in being a high achiever at school, divulging that he’s an honor student in high school, while he belonged to the honor’s course when he graduated from college.
