We saw the squad walk the red carpet in their glamorous looks, but of course, carrying with them the brand of comedy and signature wit.As spectators, we’re lucky because Vice Ganda documented her preparations for the special occasion and some of the best moments that we didn’t see on live coverage aka the behind-the-scenes ‘bardagulan’ and ‘kulitan.’ Check out her latest vlog and read on for exclusive access to the “It’s Showtime” family’s GMA Gala experience. The video opens with Vice preparing in her hotel room. Ever the dazzling queen, she went all out with a sultry dress from Albanian designer Valdrin Sahiti, paired with a sleek hairstyle and accessories that sparkled under the lights. The attention-grabbing look was showcased in a pre-event pictorial. As she came out of the room, she met the gang’s youngest member, Darren Espanto, who stole the show in a white tuxedo. According to Vice, Darren was so nervous he almost backed out, so she promised to buy him new shoes as a little bribe. But when Darren asked about the shoes, Vice only replied, “Nakalimutan ko!” LOL!Vice was escorted by Darren to the Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom, where they were greeted by their co-hosts Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Ogie Alcasid, Ryan Bang, and Cianne Dominguez.At the waiting area, the gang passed the time with their usual antics. Vice took the opportunity to ask her co-hosts about their outfits, and boy was this candid moment so hilarious! During their official red carpet interview, the Unkabogable Star took a moment to thank GMA Network for their continued support, expressing gratitude for the ‘home’ they’ve been given, “Matapos ang mga naranasan naming panahon na walang kasiguraduhan, kung makaka-ere pa, saan eere, may manonood pa ba, araw-araw nakakakuha kami ng sagot sa mga tanong na‘yan, kaya every day we are so grateful.”She continued, “We thank God and we thank everyone na inaalalayan kami sa muling pagbangon namin,” Vice continued.The “It’s Showtime” squad had a blast reconnecting with old friends like Billy Crawford and his wife Coleen Garcia, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Michelle Dee, and Bea Alonzo, and even had a chance to hang out with Kapuso stars like Dennis Trillo, Julie Ann San Jose, Kyline Alcantara, and Herlene Budol. It was all hugs, laughter, and playful banter as they mingled and caught up.By the end of the night, Vice was so done with her high heels that she swapped them out for comfy sneakers for the after-party. “Tapos na ang pagpapanggap na kaya ko pang mag-takong,” she quipped, proving that even in the most glamorous settings, comfort comes first.Vice wrapped up her vlog by thanking GMA for the invite and the unforgettable night. “We had so much fun,” she said, and honestly, so did we – even just watching the video! v
