Being one of the biggest and brightest stars of ABS-CBN, Unkabogable Phenomenal Superstar Vice was Ganda was treated to a lavish and exclusive contract signing event entitled “The Unkabogable Day” held on Wednesday, February 15. Hosted by MJ Felipe, it was attended by ABS-CBN executives, namely, Head of Non-Scripted Format Lui Andrada, Chief Financial Officer Rick Tan, Head of TV Production and Star Magic Direk Laurenti Dyogi, Chief Operating Officer for Broadcast Cory V. Vidanes, and Chairman Mark L. It narrated how from being a stand-up comedian and a supporting character on TV and the big screen, she astoundingly flourished into becoming a bankable host and TV personality and movie headliner, a best-selling author, top recording artist, sold-out concert performer, powerful social media influencer, and most-viewed digital content creator that she is now. It was followed by a song number from <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/tawagngtanghalan">Tawag ng Tanghalan</a> grand winners Reiven Umali, JM Yosures, and Janine Berdin, who sang their rendition of her song “Look At Me Now”, which was written by <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime">It’s Showtime</a> host Jugs Jugueta and was released on her birthday in 2022. Basta masaya. I am just celebrating. I am just embracing the moment and celebrating everything that is happening. I just wanna have fun tonight with everyone, with every beautiful thing that is happening. Among those who gave their heartfelt well-wishes are her showbiz friends MC Muah and Lassy, Karla Estrada, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Enchong Dee, Robi Domingo, Negi, as well as the non-showbiz people dear to her heart – Orli Domingo (friend), Raquel Go-Buenavida (former staff of It’s Showtime), Marcus Vinuya (business unit head of ‘Everybody Sing”), and her beloved Nanay Rosario Viceral.Ms Cory Vidanes then shared the content of the heartwarming letter she penned for Vice, through which she expressed her gratitude for the multi-hyphenate star’s unkabogable loyalty, love, and trust to ABS-CBN as she chooses to stand with her fellow Kapamilyas, especially in the midst of difficult times. The TV executive thanked her for relentlessly bringing good vibes, inspiration, and strength both to the madlang people and the people she works with, as well as for sharing her talent, skills, and creativity to every project that she does.Vice has nothing but gratitude after hearing the nice and moving words dedicated to her by her boss, which brought back a lot of memories to her. Pero habang nangyayari sa akin ‘yon, ibinigay kayo sa akin ng mga taong yayakapin kayo kahit maraming hindi maganda sa akin. Ang sarap-sarap lang na pinipili n’yo po ako. According to her, Ms. Vidanes had been telling her to renew her contract, but she repeatedly declined because it’s no longer necessary for her since she doesn’t see herself going anywhere but here. After all, she considers ABS-CBN as the safest place for and her heart has always been for the media company.She disclosed that just like any family, her relationship with ABS-CBN is far from perfect because they, too, have their share of good times and bad times, camaraderie and misunderstandings.
