As always, this year’s <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/videos/watch-abs-cbn-christmas-special-id-2023-355046" target="_blank">ABS-CBN Christmas Special ID</a> has sparked holiday spirit among Filipinos. Carrying the theme “Pasko Ang Pinakamagandang Kwento”, it reminds us that Jesus’ birth on Christmas Day brought forth the gift of peace, love, and hope for mankind, making it the greatest story ever told.In light of this message, and a first in an ABS-CBN Christmas SID, salute was given to the networks who offered friendship and ‘home’ to ABS-CBN in the past years.In some parts of the music video, the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime" target="_blank">It’s Showtime</a> family is seen mingling with some Kapuso employees while singing the Kapamilya holiday anthem with them in front of the GMA Network Center building. It was truly one of the most awe-inspiring moments in the 13-minute-long clip, an exact representation of how the beautiful story of Christmas binds us in love and camaraderie. It’s also an expression of gratitude to GMA for welcoming <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime" target="_blank">It’s Showtime</a> and the “madlang people” with open arms on GTV this year.Clad in red, blue, and green, the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime" target="_blank">It’s Showtime</a> family arrived at the GMA Network Center, ready to spread holiday cheer for the Kapuso community. Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Amy Perez, Kim Chiu, Ryan Bang, Jugs Jugueta, Ogie Alcasid, Jackie Gonzaga, Ion Perez, Cianne Domiguez and comedy duo Lassy and MC were present for the music video shoot. They also brought along the Batang Cute-Po members Princess Kathryn “Kulot” Caponpon and Jaze Capili.The <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime" target="_blank">It’s Showtime</a> hosts were also tapped to join in the all-star recording for the 2023 CSID.The ABS-CBN Christmas ISD yearly tradition just gets brighter and brighter.
