Through the years, It’s Showtime has never failed to come up with new concepts to deliver not just good vibes and laughter to the madlang people, but even cash prizes as well. And late last year, they’d introduced a brand-new game in which the hosts are also the players – Palarong Pang-madla.

And in this episode of Kapamilya Toplist, let’s look back on the hilarious antics and shenanigans of the gregarious family as they take on the exciting challenges in this totally fun-filled segment!

Aside from providing entertainment, the hosts also made sure to earn whopping prizes every day that would be given to the audiences by end of the week. They did everything to successfully accomplish the games, regardless of the amount they’re going to gain, and get the “good job” they’re all yearning to hear.

Who would forget those times when Vice Ganda was able to zoom his way to the highest prize by running the toy car he used in a game in just enough speed and when he exerted his all, in order to save the cup from falling on the floor in one of their “Palarong Pang-madla” challenges?

Ate Girl Jackie Gonzaga amazed her co-hosts, as well, after she was able to easily put off the light of the candle with her face mask on with just one blow in one of the games, then hit the Php5,000 jackpot in a balloon game.

Even though they all wish to win, the hosts couldn’t help themselves from teasing or pulling a prank on each other as they play. Most of the time, it is the Unkabogable Star who gets ‘victimized’ by his mischievous co-hosts, particularly Vhong Navarro and Teddy Corpuz. Meanwhile, Ogie Alcasid has been tagged “ban-ban” (colloquial term for “loser”) by his co-hosts as he often fails to accomplish the challenges.

How they play and banter with each other during the games are already enough to make us droll, but more so the “funishment” (combination of “fun” and “punishment”) that the losers have to undergo by going under the successful players whose legs were spread while standing.

While the games are intense and nerve-wracking, the It’s Showtime family doesn’t forget to enjoy each game – win or lose.
