The young stars of “Lavender Fields,” Miguel Vergara, Jana Agoncillo, Marc Santiago, and Krystal Mejes were asked the hypothetical questions: "If you could choose any actor to play you in a movie about your life, who would it be and why?"

Each gave a unique response that reflected their personalities and aspirations.

Miguel didn’t hesitate when he named John Lloyd Cruz as his ideal choice. "Siyempre, sino ba naman hindi gustong ma-portray ni Sir John Lloyd," he said, expressing his admiration for the actor known for his depth and versatility.

Jana’s choice was both personal and fitting—Kaila Estrada. "Maraming nagsasabi na magkamukha kami and I did her young role sa ‘Can't Buy Me Love,’" Jana shared. Not only do people see a resemblance between the two, but Jana has already stepped into Kaila’s shoes once before, making her the natural choice to portray Jana’s life on the big screen.

Krystal had a different take on the question. Rather than picking a famous actor, Krystal chose herself. "Tsaka I feel like it's gonna be more authentic and natural. Kasi siyempre, I feel like I'm not gonna be acting. It's just gonna be me, but the main difference is may cameras," she explained. Krystal’s answer speaks to her confidence and belief in authenticity, highlighting her desire to bring her true self to any role, especially one as personal as her own story.

Marc’s choice was Seth Fedelin, an actor he greatly admires. "Siyempre isa rin siya sa ina-idolize ko and magaling siya umacting. Feeling ko mapo-portray niya 'yong buhay ko nang maayos," Marc said, reflecting his respect for Seth’s talent and relatability. Marc believes Seth would be able to capture his journey and personality on screen with the same charm.
