Paraan ng pagluluto:

Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa kaserola bago ilagay ang hinimay na isda. Timplahan ng patis at haluin.

Pagkulo, ilagay ang mustasa at siling haba, dalawang minuto bago hanguin sa apoy.
