Sunday eats: Churrasco stars in Crimson Alabang brunch buffet

Meats ranging from beef to pork, as well as fruits and vegetables, are grilled and served to diners tableside. Simply flip the personal dining card found on the table to green and diners can enjoy as much churrasco as they want.</p><p>One would be hard-pressed to say no to straightforward grilled options like beef sirloin, lamb leg, pork loin, or chicken thigh. Besides these, I found myself going back for seconds (and thirds) for the Brazilian pork sausage that was tasty and lean, the chicken breast wrapped in bacon that was very easy to eat, and the pork liver that should be a must-try for offal lovers, of which I count myself as.</p><p>Also kissed by the grill were peppers, corn, and tangy pineapple, all of which provided respite in between meaty bites.
