It's been two years since Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach first graced the much-anticipated fashion event.

But now she's back and Filipino fans are abuzz about her undeniable elegance as she modeled for famed designer Sherri Hill during New York Fashion Week this Friday.

She kicked off her catwalk return with a bang, emerging from the backstage wearing a shiny silver strapless gown.

She followed it with a black ruffled ball gown that's "fit for a queen," according to Hill.

The Instagram page of Miss Universe uploaded photos from the show, revealing that Wurtzbach wasn't the only beauty queen who slayed the runway.

It was in 2016 when Wurtzbach made her debut at New York Fashion Week. Since then, she has returned to Manila and starred in a movie, which broke local box-office records.

She is currently working on her second film, this time opposite Gerald Anderson.
