Italian yogurteria Yogorino is the new cool kid on the block.

Founded in 1993 and present in more than 20 countries, this brand is known for being totally Italian: from its products and the serving cups to the design and styling of the stores.

Brought in by Viva Foods, Yogorino complements the company's other concepts, particularly the Glorietta 4 Pepi Cubano and Paper Moon stores.

The light and creamy frozen yogurt is the main attraction of Yogorino. Assorted fruit toppings are available to add flavor and boost the natural health benefits of the cold treat. The Mixed Berries variant is a nice starter as the tartness of the berries seem to balance the yogurt’s slight sweetness.

For those feeling a little more indulgent, Yogorino has a freezer with revolving stainless-steel bins that are filled with slow-churned gelato. There are the usual favorite flavors like Rocher and Tiramisu as well as milk and sugar-free varieties.

The menu also features pancakes. These are not like the common ones found in the usual American fast-food breakfast specials. Yogorino's are eggy and fluffy, almost like a souffle, and lean toward the savory side to match the fruits, syrup, cream, and other toppings.

Rounding out the menu are their French Toast offerings and Milk Teas, specifically developed for the tropical climate of the Philippines.

Yogorino is located at the ground floor of Glorietta 4. Clearly, there is still a demand for frozen yogurt as the brand will be opening another branch at Bonifacio One in BGC and Molito in Alabang very soon.
