She is thrilled, excited and in high spirits for what has happened.&quot;</p><p>Santos currently stars in 9 Works Theatrical and The Sandbox Collective’s restaging of <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/life/02/10/18/theater-review-himala-restores-your-faith-in-filipino-theater">“Himala,”</a> the musical based on the multi-awarded Nora Aunor movie.</p><p>She is also known for her roles as Aileen in &quot;Rak of Aegis&quot; and as Perla in &quot;Maynila Sa Mga Kuko ng Liwanag,&quot; for which she won Best Actress at the 30th Aliw Awards last year. </p><p>Santos joins other Pinoy singers in the tour, including Red Concepcion and Gerald Santos, both of whom were earlier cast as The Engineer and Thuy, respectively. </p><p>Other than Santos, British actress Elana Martin as Ellen was also part of the new casting announcement made Friday. </p><p>Also new to the tour are Iroy Abesamis, Jonathon Bentley, Devine Cresswell, Ross Lee Fowkes, Yukina Hasebe, Rob Herron, Jade Ma, Samuel Nicholas, Pierce Rogan, and Louis Stockil.</p><p>Further new faces are Joaquin Pedro Valdes, Brad Veitch, Gabriella Williams, Zheng Xi Yong and Sian Yeo.</p>

<p>She will take on the role of Gigi, which was also played by Rachelle Ann Go. </p>
