RECIPE: Pocherong Alfonso

Sikat na Pinoy dish ang pochero, isang pork-based dish na pinakuluan sa tomato sauce na tadtad sa mga gulay.

Kung puro gulay at masabaw karaniwang luto ng pochero,
wala halos sangkap na gulay ang pochero ng mga taga-Alfonso, Cavite - na inihahanda tuwing pista sa bayan.

Bumisita sa "Umagang Kay Ganda" ngayong Miyerkoles ang Guest Kusinero na si MJ Mojica para ibahagi kung paano magluto ng Pocherong Alfonso.

Narito ang mga sangkap:

• 1 kilograms pork kasim
• 200 grams tomato sauce
• 1 tasa ketchup
• 1/2 tasa toyo
• 240 millilitre pineapple juice
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 kutsarang pickles
• 10 butil bawang
• 2 piraso sibuyas
• 2 piraso kalamansi
• Asin
• Paminta
• 3 kutsaritang margarine
• 1 kutsaritang patis

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Ibabad ang karne sa tomato sauce, toyo, ketchup, pineapple juice, bawang, sibuyas, kalamansi juice, pickles, red bell pepper, paminta at asin sa loob ng isang oras.

Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa margarine.

Ilagay ang marinated na karne at iluto hanggang lumambot ang karne.

Maaari nang ihain ang pocherong alfonso.
