<p>MANILA – It was last February when host Raymond Gutierrez declared that he is “sick of being fat.”</p><p>Fast forward to March, Raymond is now catching up with his physically fit twin brother, actor Richard Gutierrez.</p><p>Today, it’s quite hard to tell them apart, with Raymond also sporting a lean, muscular physique. It’s been three and a half months of non-stop working out and watching what I eat,” he said in the video posted last March 19.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/KsQjGwX43lM&amp;t=8s" width="560"></iframe></figure><p>“People keep asking me, ‘what’s the secret?’ There’s no secret, guys. You really just have to put in the time, work hard, make the effort and have the discipline,” he added. “It’s just about committing to it, gaining that momentum and not stopping.”</p><p>He also mentioned how working out with friends helped in his weight loss journey. “It really helps out to work out with a group of friends because you motivate each other.”</p>
