Pero nung na-postpone siya, I was frustrated. But I understood the situation naman... I used the time advantage of the pandemic and self reviewed all throughout quarantine until the exam pushed through,&quot; sabi ng topnotcher, na nakakuha ng 90.70 percent rating.</p><p>Ang tanging hiling lang daw niya ay makapasa ng board exam. </p><p>&quot;I did not expect to be Top 1. Honestly, I did not expect to be a topnotcher at all.
