But if it doesn&#x27;t start with you, with how bad you want it, nothing will happen,&quot; he said. </p><p>&quot;If you don&#x27;t dedicate yourself to it, if you&#x27;re not focused 100%, then you are going to let go, you might get too busy again. Then you will start all over,&quot; he added. </p><p>Gutierrez said he was able to shed pounds through intense exercise and eating healthy. </p><p>He did indoor cycling and boxing, got a personal trainer, and worked out with his fellow celebrities like Solenn Heussaff and Isabelle Daza. </p><p>&quot;If you have a friend who likes to work out, align yourself with them... Then in January, chicken and fish na lang. Then by Feb, I cut chicken na rin and just focused on fish,&quot; he said. </p><p>For snacks, he replaced chips with nuts. </p><p>Today, Gutierrez said he doesn&#x27;t just feel 65 pounds lighter, but also a lot happier.</p><p>&quot;I just feel so much happier now. I feel like such a positive person. You know before, I would be snarky, I would be sarcastic. I would make snide remarks and just have the tendency to be negative. But maybe that&#x27;s because I&#x27;m unhappy with myself. And now my friends are like, &#x27;Mond, you have such a positive aura about you.&#x27; I feel like I don&#x27;t even need to say anything, my friends would be just like, &#x27;you look happier,&#x27;&quot; he said. </p><p>When asked to give a message to those who are trying to lose weight, Gutierrez said: &quot;Take your time, but make sure that you are dedicated. Make sure that you are passionate about it. And make sure that you are consistent.&quot;</p><p>&quot;If it&#x27;s not going to start with you, then you are not going to see results,&quot; he ended. </p>
