Kung naghahanap ng putaheng masarap, pasok sa budget, at madaling buoin, maaaring subukan lutuin ang tortang giniling with patatas.

Ito ang putaheng ibinahagi nitong Lunes ni Chef James Amado sa "Umagang Kay Ganda."

Narito ang mga sangkap na kailangang ihanda:

• 2 kutsara ng mantika
• 1/4 kilo ng giniling na baboy
• 20 grams ng sibuyas
• 15 grams ng kamatis
• 20 grams ng red bell pepper
• 20 grams ng green bell pepper
• 30 grams ng patatas
• 30 grams ng carrots
• 1 kutsarita ng toyo
• 3 piraso ng itlog
• Tubig

Una munang gisahin ang red at green bell pepper, sibuyas, bawang at kamatis.

Isama sa mga ginisang sangkap ang giniling bago lagyan ng 1/2 tasa ng tubig at hayaang mag-simmer o kumulo ng 10 minuto.

Kapag tumuyo at lumambot ang giniling, isama ang piniritong patatas at carrots. Maaari ring dagdagdan ng pampalasang toyo, asin at paminta.

Isalin sa isang malalim na lalagyan ang mixture at ihalo ang itlog.

Sa mainit na kawali, maaari nang prituhin ang tortang giniling.
