MANILA – Despite being used to sharing a glimpse of his life via vlogging, Wil Dasovich had to gather the courage to speak in a public forum about his cancer journey.

Recently, Dasovich finally agreed to share his story as part of the Strong for Someone campaign, which supports Filipinos diagnosed with cancer.

“I have always declined public talks that revolve around my battle and treatments because public speaking itself is hard enough for me [plus] I always find difficulty when speaking and somewhat reliving the entire experience,” he explained.

Dasovich said he decided to lend his voice to the Strong for Someone campaign because it is “the first real program I have come across in the Philippines that is offering to provide so much for cancer patients, both financially and emotionally.”
