MANILA -- Actress Gladys Reyes and her husband Christopher Roxas, a Culinary Arts graduate, have opened their own restaurant Estela in Cainta, Rizal.

On Instagram, the former Kapamilya actress expressed her gratitude to all her friends who attended last week's opening.

Spotted at the opening was one of Reyes's closest friends and "Mara Clara" co-star Judy Ann Santos.

"25 years of friendship! From then til now... our love, respect and support for each other remain consistent. For that, I will always be grateful," Reyes wrote in the caption.

Also present were Angelu de Leon, Donita Rose, Vickie Rushton, Jason Abalos, Ogie Diaz, and Carlo Aquino.

Estela, which is located at Brickroad, behind the Sta. Lucia mall in Cainta, serves Filipino favorites like sisig, crispy pata, and salpicao, as well as burgers, nachos, chicken wings, pasta and silog breakfast plates.
