2 cups water
1 medium onion diced
2 tablespoons minced garlic
10 to 12 tablespoons white vinegar
8 to 10 tablespoons brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 piece chicken cube (optional)
7 to 10 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons cooking oil

1. Bake the chicken liver at 350F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Chop into smaller pieces and then set aside.
