‘Know that all feelings are valid’: Maureen Wroblewitz opens up about mental health

I have always been. I pressure myself to improve, but it only hurts me,” Wroblewitz said. </p><p>“It is OK not to be OK. It is OK to be sad and cry. It is OK to feel unmotivated and unproductive. We need to acknowledge what we are feeling and know that all our feelings are valid.”</p><p>Wroblewitz acknowledged trying not to talk about her mental health, as she was embarrassed about her
